Rental process

1. Submit Your contact information:
   Begin by filling out our contact form.

2. Connect with our team:
   Once your form is received, our team will contact you via phone or email.
   Note: For new customers, a security deposit starting at $1,500 is required.

3. Insurance Setup:
   After confirming your arrival date, we’ll provide you with the trailer number. This information will allow you to add the trailer to your physical insurance policy (valued at $25,000–$75,000).
   Insurance Requirements:

   • Auto Liability: $1 Million.

   • Physical Damage: Under "Description of Vehicles," include the year, make, model, VIN, and value.

   • Certificate Holder: List Black Orange Leasing as both the Loss Payee and Additional Insured.

4. Multi-Point Inspection:
   While your insurance is being processed, your trailer will undergo a comprehensive multi-point inspection in our repair shop. This ensures it’s road-ready and free of any concerns.

5. Ready for Pickup:
   Once your insurance is verified and the inspection is complete, you’ll be notified that your trailer is ready for pickup.

6. Final Steps:

   • Sign the lease agreement.

   • Conduct a final inspection of the truck or trailer, noting any existing issues.

   • Pay the security deposit and the first month’s rent (or prorated amount).
