Conditions:
Brakes and tires are inspected upon delivery and return. Vehicles must be returned with the same or better condition. Tires must be of the same brand or better.
If tires or brakes are below the required condition, the following charges apply:
$32 per 1/32” on tires
$32 per 2mm on brake pads (drums included)
Insurance:
PD insurance is required.
Deposit:
Month-to-month: $3,000
6-12 month contract: $1,500
Damage Charges:
Roof holes: $300 per patch (if patched)
Outside holes: Charged per hole
Scratches (not deep or with holes):
4-12 inches: $100
12 inches or more: Subject to review
Credit and background check required.
Rental process

Note: For new customers, a security deposit starting at $1,500 is required.Insurance Setup:
After confirming your arrival date, we’ll provide you with the trailer number. This information will allow you to add the trailer to your physical insurance policy (valued at $25,000–$75,000).
Insurance Requirements:Auto Liability: $1 Million.
Physical Damage: Under "Description of Vehicles," include the year, make, model, VIN, and value.
Certificate Holder: List Black Orange Leasing as both the Loss Payee and Additional Insured.
Multi-Point Inspection:
While your insurance is being processed, your trailer will undergo a comprehensive multi-point inspection in our repair shop. This ensures it’s road-ready and free of any concerns.Ready for Pickup:
Once your insurance is verified and the inspection is complete, you’ll be notified that your trailer is ready for pickup.Final Steps:
Sign the lease agreement.
Conduct a final inspection of the truck or trailer, noting any existing issues.
Pay the security deposit and the first month’s rent (or prorated amount).
You’re now ready to hit the road!
